              Commission on Service

                Salon employees are eligible to earn a commission on the salon services they perform. Our commission system is designed to allow our salon employees to earn well beyond a guaranteed hourly wage.

                  Commission on Retail Sales

                    Commission is paid to salon employees on the retail products they sell to their salon clients at the time they perform salon services. The commission percentage is determined for each salon employee by calculating their monthly sales volume. The more you sell, the more you earn. Many stylists earn up to 20% commission.

                      Anniversary Bonus

                        Salon employees receive an annual bonus equal to one week’s average pay upon reaching the employee's yearly anniversary date.

                          Employee Discount

                            All employees are entitled to a significant employee discount privilege as a benefit of working for our company. This discount enables each employee to purchase only the best in professional hair, skin and nail care products for their personal use at home.

                              Advanced Education Credit

                                As a company we cannot completely fulfill everyone’s desire for advanced education. Our company grants salon employees educational credits to be used directly for personal advanced education outside the company. These reimbursement dollars are to be used for travel, accommodations, and tickets to attend educational trade shows that are deemed to be beneficial to both the employee and the company.

                                  Group Medical

                                    On the first of the month following 90 days of employment salon employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 32 hours per week are invited to participate in the employer sponsored group medical plan. Employees who meet eligibility requirements will enjoy medical insurance at group rates.
